Please Note: This email confirms that your registration has been submitted successfully. A booking is only considered complete once all required information has been provided and the Tour Fee payment has been successfully transferred.

Transfers are fully permitted. However, please submit your request at least 3 days prior to the departure date. This allows us to verify the new participant and register all necessary services in their name.

Late Requests: Any requests submitted later than the 3-day window will incur a surcharge of 300,000 VND. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed payment instructions. Payment Method: All tour fees are to be settled via bank transfer to the official Xanh Travel bank account.

Each tour includes a detailed list of required personal items available on our website. Throughout the preparation phase, Xanh Travel will provide essential reminders and tips to ensure you are perfectly equipped for your journey.

Xanh Travel's all-inclusive tour packages cover all essential services with no hidden costs (please refer to the 'Inclusions' section of each specific tour).

Note: The tour price does not include expenses outside of the itinerary, such as airfare, transportation to and from our designated pickup/drop-off points, snacks, shopping, or other optional entertainment.

When organized professionally, the risk levels are remarkably low. According to international hiking studies, the average injury rate is only about 6 per 1,000 participants, with the vast majority being minor issues such as falls (without fractures), sprained ankles, insect bites, or blisters.

Most incidents occur when individuals are under-prepared, trekking alone, or failing to check weather conditions. At Xanh Travel, with our experienced team, well-mapped routes, and comprehensive safety gear, we ensure that risks are managed and kept to an absolute minimum.

For your peace of mind, all Xanh Travel participants are covered by domestic travel insurance, with a maximum benefit of up to 100 million VND.

Guests have the right to postpone or transfer their tour booking under the following conditions (calculated backwards from the departure date):

• 10 days or more before departure: Free of charge (No fees applied).

• 7 days before departure: A surcharge of 40% of the tour fee will apply.

• 5 days before departure: A surcharge of 70% of the tour fee will apply.

• From 4 days before departure until the start date: The booking will be treated as a cancellation. A 100% fee applies for any new registration.

Note: For tour transfers, guests will be refunded the difference or required to pay the additional cost if there is a price discrepancy between the two tours.

Payment Requirement: A 100% upfront payment is required to guarantee your booking and allow us to proceed with logistics and tour preparations. Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing detailed tour information. We kindly ask you to review these details carefully and contact us immediately if you have any questions or require modifications.

Cancellation Policy (Calculated backwards from the departure date):

• 10 days or more before departure: 100% Refund.

• 7 days before departure: 50% Refund.

• 5 days before departure: 10% Refund.

• From 4 days before departure until the start date: Non-refundable (0% refund).

In the event of "Force Majeure" (such as extreme weather, flooding, natural disasters, or other unpredictable circumstances), Xanh Travel reserves the right to postpone the tour. We will provide specific updates and alternative dates to all guests as soon as possible.

If a guest decides to cancel the tour due to these unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a refund after deducting operational expenses already incurred.

Note: These deductions will not exceed 50% of the total tour price.
